Restaurant operators seeking specialty items for their restaurants will have plenty to choose from at a variety of booths, exhibits and displays during NRA Show 2015, May 16-19, at McCormick Place in Chicago.

The various exhibits and attractions will address topics that are top-of-mind and provide products and solutions for operators.

Here’s a sampling of specialty exhibits at this year’s Show:

  1. Foodamental Studio: Don’t miss this hit series of hands-on workshops that allows restaurateurs to roll up their sleeves and join industry experts to try out the processes and techniques behind today’s hottest trends.

  2. Alternative BiteStyle: Restaurateurs catering to customers with special dietary needs must come by and visit. There will be products and ingredients available for vegetarian/vegan, low sodium, gluten free and allergy needs that make menu modification easy.

  4. Franchise Pavilion: Restaurateurs can get acquainted with turn-key concepts ready to franchise, as well as products, services and education targeted specifically to potential franchisees preparing to start, manage and grow an operation.

  5. Tech Pavilion: Check out the latest mobile apps, mobile payment, POS, digital signage and data-driven solutions that will help improve transaction speed, communication, efficiency and cost.

  6. Conserve Solutions Center: Discover sustainability focused products that lower costs, waste, energy use and environmental impact, plus attract eco-minded guests.
