Is your bar in need of a rescue? Do you need tips on how to make your business better?
If the answer is yes, come to BAR17 co-located with NRA Show 2017 in Chicago, where reality TV host Jon Taffer will share his secrets of success with you.
Taffer, an award-winning hospitality expert, best-selling author and host of Spike TV’s “Bar Rescue” series, is set to keynote May 21at BAR 17. An industry veteran for nearly three decades, the management “guru” and consultant earned his stripes first as a bartender, and then as manager of Barney’s Beanery in West Hollywood, Calif., before opening his first bar in 1989.
Taffer, who was a featured speaker at NRA Show 2016 with fellow celebrity chef Robert Irvine, believes that brands aren’t created; they’re built one guest at a time, one plate at a time and one entrée at a time. He says our industry is “in the business of human relations.”
BAR17 will be held May 21 to 22, during NRA Show 2017, which runs May 20 to 23, at McCormick Place.
