NRA, author offer free coaching e-book

Looking for ways to drive employee performance?

The National Restaurant Association has teamed up with bestselling author Brian Souza to provide a free electronic version of his book, “The Weekly Coaching Conversation,” to Association and executive study-group members.

The book focuses on how to facilitate coaching conversations and improve relationships between managers, servers, GMs and executive team leaders. It explains how to hold team members accountable without conflict and how to leverage a weekly coaching conversation to get the most out of the team.

The book also reveals Souza’s thoughts on the four reasons employees aren’t productive and how managers can address that issue.
