NRA, Fishbowl to offer online marketing solutions

The National Restaurant Association has expanded its partnership with online marketing solutions provider Fishbowl to offer restaurant operators comprehensive tools to help them reach more customers and grow their businesses.

As part of the partnership expansion deal, Fishbowl said it is offering association members the opportunity to sign up for a complimentary Fishbowl local email marketing account that features 500 monthly messages, for free.

With the expansion of the partnership, NRA members will now have access to Fishbowl’s full Local Marketing Suite, including its Social Media Marketing and Reputation Management tools and Local Email Marketing solution at discounted prices, said James Balda, the NRA’s senior vice president of innovation and business development.

“We are excited to not only continue the long-standing partnership with Fishbowl, but expand the relationship and offer additional programs at member discount pricing,” he said. “Fishbowl works to help restaurant operators with what matters most – driving repeat traffic and growing revenue.”

The expanded suite of local online marketing solutions includes:

Local Email Marketing: 500+ restaurant templates and automated loyalty messages, including birthday club; in store and online guest sign up tools.
Social Media Marketing: manages multiple Facebook & Twitter accounts; schedules, posts and emails to publish across multiple accounts for now or future; tracks engagement and audience growth
Reputation Management: Tracks reviews from hundreds of sites including Yelp & Trip Advisor; receive email alerts when new reviews are posted, and compare your reputation to your competitors
SM3- Full Service Online Marketing: provides a dedicated online marketing expert to plan, design and execute your entire online marketing campaign
