The National Restaurant Association is gearing up to host its biannual Supply Chain Management conference and inaugural Restaurant Innovation Summit later this month.
The Supply Chain Management meeting, to be held Oct. 21 to -22 in Orlando, Fla., will examine emerging issues that affect restaurants, their suppliers and food served to guests. The Restaurant Innovation Summit: Emerging Technology and the Customer Experience will be held Oct. 23 to 24 in Denver. It will feature education and breakout sessions on such subjects as the rapid change in how consumers want to pay for restaurant meals products and the demand for new ordering and payment options at quickservice outlets.
