NRA releases Spanish-language ServSafe 6th Edition

The National Restaurant Association launched the latest edition of its ServSafe Food Safety manager program in April, and has now added a Spanish-language version to its product lineup.

The 6th Edition of the industry's leading food safety training program includes optimized, recalibrated and focused content created by the industry, for the industry. Because science and technology keep advancing, food safety best practices are also changing. The NRA created its latest ServSafe edition to meet the evolving needs of restaurant and foodservice industry professionals. 

ServSafe 6th Edition includes updates from the 2011 supplement to the 2009 FDA Food Code and is based on a new job task analysis developed for real-life situations by restaurant operators across segments, academic bodies and regulatory experts. The new materials hone in on preventative measures to keep food safe.
