Women + diversity = better business

As Women’s History Month continues, we’re celebrating females in foodservice and the contributions they’ve made to make our businesses better.

Recently, Gerry Fernandez, founder and president of the Multicultural Foodservice & Hospitality Alliance, talked about the power of women in the restaurant industry. Whether they serve on the front lines, back of the house or in the executive suite, women are making a difference, he says.
