FMP Credential

The Foodservice Management Professional certification denotes outstanding personal achievement and communicates knowledge, leadership and professionalism to restaurant and foodservice employers. Managers in restaurants and other foodservice operations can earn the designation to show their professional excellence and commitment to the industry.

The FMP exam has no specific training course. It assesses candidates on knowledge and skills directly related to job activities.
