Educators

The restaurant industry’s future depends upon quality education in culinary and hospitality programs and schools. To ensure educators have the tools they need to train the next generation of restaurant leaders, the National Restaurant Association and National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation offer a variety of resources.

Faculty Membership

Annual dues are just $95 and give you 24/7 access to National Restaurant Association resources.

ProStart Summer Institutes

Secondary and post-secondary restaurant/foodservice educators can participate in intensive five-day workshops to learn cutting-edge skills to take back to the classroom. Skill development focuses on industry skills and teaching pedagogy. Participants who complete all three levels of instruction and meet all other requirements can apply to be Certified Secondary Foodservice Educators.
