The National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation's ProStart® program teaches culinary techniques and management skills to more than 90,000 high school students.
ProStart's industry-driven curriculum provides real-life experience as well as classroom activities to build practical skills and a foundation that will last a lifetime. More than 1,700 high schools in 47 states, Guam and U.S. military bases participate in ProStart. The program is supported by restaurant and hospitality professionals and companies, educators, and state restaurant associations.
