2009 Restaurant Neighbor Award Application

For Outstanding Community Projects

The Restaurant Neighbor Award is presented to a restaurant or company for its outstanding community service programs or project.

To apply for the Restaurant Neighbor Award, please complete the application below. After you submit the application, you will be provided with a login to access your application and make edits or add more supporting materials. All users will have access to their applications until June 5, 2009. Incomplete applications will not be eligible for the award.

Small Business—Annual sales less than $5M
Mid-size Business—Annual sales between $5 million and $100 million or one restaurant or franchise of a national chain running a program specific to that restaurant
Large Business/National Chain—A national program run in all units nationwide and sales more than $100 million

Please note: Large corporations that run a nationwide program or partner nationally with a certain charity can submit only one application on behalf of their corporate offices under the "Large Business/National Chain" categories. Individual franchisees may submit an application on behalf of their restaurants if they run a separate project or one restaurant location can submit in the mid-size restaurant category for a program specific to that individual restaurant.
