is the Supply Chain Management Study Group e-mail
list?
It's an electronic discussion group that lets you interact by
e-mail with other National Restaurant Association members
on finance- and tax-related issues. Once you've joined the list,
you simply send e-mail messages to scm@lists.restaurant.org
and your message goes to everyone who is subscribed to the list.
How
do I sign up for the list?
Sign up here. In order to be part of the list, you must work for companies that are a) Operator Members of the NRA and Members in good standing, b) executives of entities owned by operators whose franchisor is a Member (e.g. a cooperative that handles supply chain management on behalf of a franchisor and its franchisees) or c) executives of companies that own and control companies serving food & beverage that are operator members of the NRA (private equity firms). Once we verify that you are eligible, we will e-mail you to confirm that you have been added to the list and give you more details about how to use the list. How
do I send messages to the list?
Just send your e-mail to scm@lists.restaurant.org. This
automatically sends your message to everyone who is subscribed
to the Supply Chain Management e-mail list.
Can
I view past messages?
Yes. Click on the button below. When you reach the next
screen, enter your e-mail address and hit "Ok". (Note: As well as being able to
read past messages, you can also use this confidential Web site
to change the settings of your account or send messages to the
list.)
How
do I unsubscribe?
To leave the Supply Chain Management E-mail List,
simply send a message to scm-unsubscribe@lists.restaurant.org.
Be sure to send this message from the e-mail address you want
to remove from the list.
