Tuesday Town Hall Teleforums

The National Restaurant Association offered a unique opportunity to voice your opinion directly to America’s leaders and 2008 presidential candidates. Whether it’s immigration reform, health-care costs, minimum wage, mandatory nutrition data on menus, lawsuit abuse or tax relief (see some top restaurant issues here), we gave you a chance to weigh in with decision-makers.

The "Tuesday Town Halls" were offered in partnership with the National Federation of Independent Business and the Associated Builders and Contractors to connect small-business owners with the men and women running for the nation's highest office. The hour-long conference call functioned much like a radio call-in show, and NRA members who joined the call had a chance to ask presidential candidates questions live on the air.

We’ve invited some of the top Republican and Democratic presidential candidates and other political leaders to join us.
