Partner Reports The Produce Marketing Association (PMA), National Restaurant Association and International Foodservice Distributors Association (IFDA) initiated a research project in early 2009 designed to identify new opportunities for produce in the foodservice arena. That research was examined during a one-day invitational only Executive Think Tank prior to the 2009 PMA Foodservice Conference. As a result of that Executive Think Tank, produce and foodservice industry leaders identified five strategies to achieve an ambitious goal to double the use of fresh produce in the foodservice sector over the next 10 years. The reports below provide the results of the project (free to members).
