How much does it cost to register?
$35 per person if registered before the Early Bird deadline (April 11, 2008) and $70 per person thereafter.

Do I have to be an NRA Member to attend?
No, but you must be affiliated with the restaurant/foodservice or lodging industry. A business card or tax id number is required to register for the Show. Your company's accounting/finance department can provide you with the tax id number. PLEASE NOTE: The Show is not open to the public.

What are the Show dates/hours?

• Saturday, May 17, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
• Sunday, May 18, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
• Monday, May 19, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
• Tuesday, May 20, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

(Level 3 will open at 9:30 a.m. each day.)

What are the dates/hours of onsite registration?

• Friday, May 16, 2:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
• Saturday, May 17, 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
• Sunday, May 18, 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
• Monday, May 19, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
• Tuesday, May 20, 8:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

Can I use a credit card to register?
Yes, we accept all major credit cards (American Express, Diner's Club, Discover, MasterCard, VISA). You can use a credit card and register online or by completing a registration form and faxing it to 708-344-4444.

Are children allowed in the Show?
No. No one under the age of 16 is allowed on the floor at any time. There are no exceptions to this policy. ID may be requested if the age of an individual is in question.

How do I make hotel arrangements?

• Through our Web site via our online travel desk.

How long does it take to walk the Show floor?
Allow at least two days to adequately cover the entire Show.

Do you have group rates?
No. Everyone pays the same rate.

What was the attendance at last year's Show?
Total: 73,664
Attendees: 52,343
Exhibitor Personnel: 21,321

How many exhibitors will there be?
We expect over 2,100 companies.

Can I make copies of the registration form?
Yes, you can duplicate the form as needed for additional registrants. One person per form.

Can I get a listing of the educational sessions being offered?
Yes. As the sessions are added, they will be available in the Events section of this Web site.

When will I receive my Show Guide?
The Exhibit Guide & Program will be available for pickup when you arrive at McCormick Place.
