Culinary Options |
| The key focus for Culinary Options is to assist operators in developing concept clarity and intelligent menu content to support the content before getting to the kitchen designer. Once the conceptual menu is clarified, we then work further in establishing food cost goals, menu pricing logic, recipe development, costing and staff training. If an operation is in motion, and underperforming, we help them identify causes and solutions. Our experience shows us that designers can be far more effective, and create more spot-on results if they first have a conceptual template around which to design. It is challenging to design a kitchen if a menu, whose equipment, work flow, and storage needs have not first been determined. We often partner with designers to assure continuity of process, design, and implementation of a total project. |
