 If there is one restaurant-and-hospitality industry event you can't afford to miss this year, it's the 2008 National Restaurant Association Restaurant, Hotel-Motel Show. As the industry's largest and most comprehensive event, the Show offers opportunities to explore the hottest trends – including food/beverage, green/environmental, equipment, technology and more – interact with industry leaders and celebrities, and collect information for a year's worth of stories.

New in 2008 and held in conjunction with the Show is the industry's first exclusive venue for restaurant bar and beverage alcohol service – the International Wine, Spirits & Beer Event. Exhibits will feature vintners, distillers, brewers and importers, and education programs will highlight food-alcohol pairing trends, mixology ideas, responsible alcohol service and more.
Online registration for credentialed members of the news media is now open. Journalists registering for NRA Show 2008 will automatically be registered for the International Wine, Spirits & Beer Event as well.
