To be eligible for membership in the National Restaurant Association's Quality Assurance Executive Study Group:

• You must work for a company that is a restaurant member of the National Restaurant Association (here's more on becoming a member).
• You must hold a full-time position in a field such as:
  • quality assurance
  • quality control
  • food science
  • research and development
  • technical services
  • operations.
