In October 2014, we brought together restaurant professionals for an inspiring and collaborative exchange of ideas that helped to shape the way restaurants use emerging technology. We focused on data alchemy - the amazing innovations that can be created with data stewardship and insights.
In a pilot program, the National Restaurant Association brought together 30+ industry leaders with some of the most dynamic companies in creative technology – Facebook, Google, PayPal, Visa and Yelp – to explore innovations in technology and how they may be applied to our businesses.
