Overview

Food and Drug Administration officials review the new menu labeling rules and discuss how to manage compliance. The new rules took effect May 7, 2018.  Restaurants with 20 or more locations are now required to present calorie information on their menus in a consistent manner nationwide, and make other nutrition data available in writing.
