The meeting, led by nutrition expert Maggie S. Gentile, kicks off Feb. 28 in Atlanta, and runs through March 2. This year, we’ll be focusing on:

  • The latest science and trends in foodservice
  • Government regulations impacting our industry
  • Sustainable diets
  • Consumers’ changing tastes
  • An update on healthy menus, and
  • Food storytelling … beyond the numbers

Executives from restaurant companies, including McDonalds, Yum! Brands and Red Lobster, as well as government agencies, such as the Food and Drug Administration, will speak. In addition, our own policy and research experts, Cicely Simpson, executive vice president of policy and government affairs, and Annika Stensson, director of research communications, will be featured.
