Questions about the legislative landscape?

Looking to find out more about clean labels?

Interested in sustainable food or even how to serve customers with allergies?

Our Nutrition Executive Study Group will serve up some answers. Register to attend today.

The meeting, led by nutrition expert Maggie S. Gentile, kicks off Feb. 28 in Atlanta, and runs through March 2. This year, we’ll be focusing on:

  • The latest science and trends in foodservice
  • Government regulations impacting our industry
  • Sustainable diets
  • Consumers’ changing tastes
  • An update on healthy menus, and
  • Food storytelling … beyond the numbers

Executives from restaurant companies, including McDonalds, Yum! Brands and Red Lobster, as well as government agencies, such as the Food and Drug Administration, will speak. In addition, our own policy and research experts, Cicely Simpson, executive vice president of policy and government affairs, and Annika Stensson, director of research communications, will be featured.

"This is going to be a two-day educational opportunity where our members can get the latest info on what consumers want, and how legislative and regulatory issues may change the way we do business,” Gentile said. Knowing and understanding this information is not only important to your daily work load, but also valuable to your long-term career success."
