NRA researchers to share insight at NRA Show 2016

Restaurant operators seeking information on the latest industry trends need to look no further than NRA Show 2016. National Restaurant Association researchers will lead education sessions highlighting the organization’s latest research, including brand new data on restaurant technology.

Senior Vice President of Research and Knowledge Hudson Riehle and Director of Research Communications Annika Stensson will present the NRA’s latest research on Monday, May 23:

The “Mapping the 2016 Restaurant Technology Landscape” session will provide an overview of technology in the restaurant industry, including a sneak preview of a new survey. Consumers expect tech offerings from restaurants, but do you know which ones they prefer and how to implement them? This session will present research to help restaurant operators uncover the right tech options and serve up the best customer experience possible to drive loyalty and growth. It will be held at 11:30 a.m. in the Tech Theater – Booth #5575.

The “Trend Watch 2016 and Beyond” session will explore industry economic, workforce, consumer and food trends. It will offer attendees detailed information from the National Restaurant Association's 2016 Restaurant Industry Forecast, What's Hot chef survey and research on global flavors, presenting a snapshot of the restaurant industry's unique trends, challenges and opportunities to make smart, strategic decisions and grow business. It will be held at 3 p.m. in room S404.
