Non-commercial Summit focuses on industry trends

Foodservice has become a big business at non-commercial venues like colleges, hospitals, corporate facilities and even sports arenas and stadiums. But as customers’ tastes change, so must the offerings available to them.

Operators can stay on top of the trends at this year’s Non-Commercial Summit during NRA Show 2017 in Chicago.

Attendees who register for the May 22 event will get to explore:

  • Meatless and plant-based options as well as other healthful menu alternatives
  • The rise of new technologies, including mobile ordering and third-party delivery
  • How to grow a successful retail food business at your non-commercial location
