Signature ’17: In front of the curve, ahead of the crave

Are you looking to stay ahead of the crave to satisfy today’s new, empowered customers?

Look no further than Signature ’17, our twist on the traditional keynote at NRA Show 2017 for the answers.

Exploring Millennials and Amazon

Dawn Sweeney, our president and CEO, will moderate “Ahead of the Crave,” in which Amazon’s Dan Park and Gen Z/Millennial expert Jason Dorsey will share their insights on how to take a more proactive approach to meeting the changing needs and behaviors of today’s consumers and business customers.

The event will take place May 21 at Chicago’s McCormick Place.

Sweeney and Park, general manager of Amazon Business’ commercial sector, will discuss:

  • Utilizing your innovation and customer knowledge to best effect
  • Reimagining your restaurant business to anticipate customer needs
  • Delivering products and services that go beyond expectations

Park will share his knowledge on how business purchasing and selling landscapes must adapt to meet customer demands.

Understanding your new customers

After the sit-down with Park, Sweeney will talk to Dorsey about Gen Z and Millennial customers.

She and Dorsey, co-founder and chief strategy officer at the Center for Generational Kinetics, will address how to solve tough generational challenges as well as how organizations and their leaders can uncover trends early enough to stay on top of them.

NRA convention chair and multiunit restaurant operator Atour Eyvazian expressed excitement about Park’s and Dorsey’s participation in Signature ’17.

“Attendees will leave with bold ideas, key insights and real actions that they can take to their own businesses to benefit them and their customers.”

NRA Show 2017 will be held May 20 to 23 at Chicago’s McCormick Place. If you haven’t already, register today.
