Jeff Clark

Jeff Clark leads the National Restaurant Association’s (NRA) sustainability education efforts as well as the Kids LiveWell program. He acts as an environmental liaison to the restaurant industry and regularly speaks to audiences about environmental topics such as sourcing sustainable seafood, reducing food waste, and cutting energy use. Jeff is also expanding the Kids LiveWell initiative across the restaurant industry and finding new ways to promote healthy dining around the country. 

Before joining the NRA team, Jeff consulted to the Energy Star Commercial Food Service program, promoting energy efficiency in restaurant kitchens. He co-authored the first Energy Star Guide to Restaurants and appeared on the PBS show Food Sense with Phil Lempert in 2010.

Jeff received his Bachelor of Science from the University of California, Santa Cruz and holds a Master of Public Policy from Duke University.

Outside of work, Jeff lives just outside of Washington, DC, is a full-time father of two an amateur photographer.
