    Easily accept online food orders for pickup directly from customers. The, builds you a customized online menu so customers can order right from your website, Google Search, Google Maps, and more. Currently, its per-order fee is waived to support restaurants as they navigate COVID-19 challenges. 
  • Google - Google is offering $340 million in Google Ad credit for small businesses as part of coronavirus help package.
  • Yelp - Has provided a relief fund to support independents, local restaurant and nightlife businesses in the form of waived advertising fees, and free advertising, products, and services during this period. 
  • Chowly - Waiving all setup fees, and offering an extended 60-day risk-free trial to offset any upfront costs for restaurants who sign up.
  • SevenRooms - Launches free direct delivery technology for restaurants.
  • Presto
    • Making its Presto Kiosk product “absolutely free” to restaurants.
    • Waiving the integration and deployment costs of kiosks without any contractual obligations.
    • Existing presto customers who use the company’s tabletop terminals will have access to a software update that can repurpose the devices for taking to-go orders.
  • Tri-Merit - Providing free cost analysis of the maximum tax credit and incentives that can help you put money back in your business before you commit to a full study or services. For every restaurant operator they help save through tax credit and incentives, they are also helping advance current and future restaurant workers by donating a percentage of their services to the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation (NRAEF).


  • NEW DoorDash merchant relief program - DoorDash announced an injection of roughly $100 million for local restaurants through a 50% reduction in commissions on DoorDash and Caviar. 
  • Seamless - Suspending commissions they take from restaurants at this time and have created a fund to help any small businesses who are impacted by COVID-19. Offering no-contact delivery during this time.
  • Uber Eats - No delivery fees for independents
  • GrubHub - Delay Collecting Fees
