The National Restaurant Association, in partnership with Technomic, released survey results on the state of technology and its impact on the off-premises channel in the restaurant industry.

"Harnessing Technology to Drive Off-Premises Sales” examines the key factors driving the growth of off-site consumption and explores how operators are using technology to drive and manage off-premises sales. The research, developed exclusively for the National Restaurant Association, is based on a study of a nationally representative sample of foodservice consumers and restaurant operators.
