Restaurant Law Center

Email Print

The Restaurant Law Center launched in January 2017 to enhance the restaurant industry's legal advocacy capabilities to provide protection and advancement for the industry, including fighting overregulation at the federal, state and local level. As special interest groups increasingly turn to the courts to enact their agendas, the Restaurant Law Center will give our industry another avenue to ensure the voice of America’s restaurants is heard on the legal front.

The Restaurant Law Center is a 501(c)(6) legal entity affiliated with, but separate from, the National Restaurant Association. The Center's goal is to promote pro-business laws and regulations that allow restaurants to continue growing, creating jobs and contributing to a robust American economy.

By strengthening and enhancing our legal advocacy capabilities, we hope to give America’s restaurants a stronger voice in the courtroom. The Restaurant Law Center will take on cases recommended by its Board of Directors, accepting only those which it believes will best advance the policy interests of the entire industry.

See some of the cases we're involved with currently.
