Pennsylvania by Landmark venues include: The Logan Inn, Hotel du Village, The Landing, The Mansion, and Elkins Estate.

Jeanne’s focus is on operations and instilling company culture, hence her title People & Culture Advocate. By Landmark’s culture is built on creating memories for both our team and guests; hence all team members are given the title of memorymakers. Believing strongly in the importance of embracing the communities in which Landmark does business, a corporate giving program, “Help Us Give” (HUG) was established in 2001 and is dedicated to helping each of the communities in which By Landmark operates.

As someone who believes in education as a tool for future success, Jeanne has devoted much of her time to working with schools dedicated to students with Autism. She has successfully spearheaded partnerships between students and restaurants with the goal of providing individuals with a real work experience. Jeanne has also helped to open the Marketplace convenient store at Gerard Dynes Regional Day School in Jersey City, allowing these students to learn valuable skills that will help them enter the workforce.

In 2019, the Cretella’s founded Art of Hospitality Workers Alliance as a way to give back to an industry. This non-for-profit school is dedicated to supporting the needs and dreams of the By Landmark team as well as others looking to join or re-enter the workforce by offering career paths, growth opportunities and propelling career and personal advancement. Currently AHWA has schools in Plainfield, Jersey City and Summit.

Jeanne currently serves on the Foundation Board of Hudson County Community College and on the Board of Directors of the Hudson County Chamber of Commerce. She previously served as Chair of the NJ Restaurant & Hospitality Association.
