As Chief Information Officer of the National Restaurant Association, Trina Haley McMillan leads a 70-person enterprise technology organization responsible for modernizing the Association's digital capabilities while supporting a complex legacy technology environment.
Haley McMillan has deep experience leading IT organizations across foodservice, higher education, financial services, and utility industries, and is recognized for building high-performing, diverse teams that leverage technology to drive transformation, operational excellence, and business value.
Prior to joining the Association, she was Senior Director of Performance Excellence at Adtalem Global Education and Global Technology Program Management Director at TransUnion. Haley McMillan holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Northwestern University and an MBA in Finance, with honors, from DePaul University.
